Missing-person information policy / बेपत्ता व्यक्तिको जानकारी

Missing-person reports publish immediately. Pending means not independently verified; it does not mean waiting for publication. Report only accurate information you have permission or a legitimate family/community reason to share.

Logged-in submissions belong to that account. Only that owner can edit the report, read private sightings, change contact preferences, publish family updates or mark the person found safe. Older anonymous reports are not automatically assigned to an account.

Sightings remain private. Anonymous sighting submissions do not store the supplied name, phone or email. Public phone and email contact require the reporter’s chosen sharing settings. Avoid placing contact details or exact private addresses in public narrative fields.

Use “Report incorrect information” on the public profile for corrections, duplicate records, abuse or privacy concerns. These concerns are recorded for review; no automatic removal occurs. Confirm a person is safe before marking them found.
